Alexander Beach Hotel & Spa collects from you only the necessary information for the fulfilment of the hotel services and for the protection of the Hotels’ legitimate interests which include the safeguarding of our guests’ health and safety in our premises.
All personal information provided to Alexander Beach Hotel as stated above, will be treated as confidential and will not be passed to any third parties.
This information will be kept safe according to high security storage standards with restricted personnel access for a maximum period of 5 years after which time it will be destroyed.
You have the right to access your personal data at any time, to rectify it, delete it, object to the processing or restrict it, transfer it to another company and withdraw your consent (valid for the future). To exercise these rights, you can make a request to the Hotel manager in person or send us an email at: mgmt.mgr@alexbh.gr . However, there are certain circumstances where you are not able to exercise some of the above rights, or we will not be able to comply with your request.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Greek Data Protection Authority visiting dpa.
